My name is Bhupat Singh Rawat, and I have been working at Haandi Restaurant since 2016 as the Head Chef. I’m proud of my journey and the growth I’ve achieved over the years. Working with a supportive management team and a company that values hard work, teamwork, and innovation has been truly rewarding. The positive attitude and continuous growth at Haandi have inspired me to keep improving and delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

I joined Haandi Restaurant on 1st March 2017 at our Kampala Road branch as a Manager. From my very first day, I realized Haandi was more than just a restaurant — it was a home, a family, and a dream built on love for food and people.

Over the years, I have seen Haandi grow, evolve, and earn the trust of our guests — not only through our cuisine but through the warmth, consistency, and care we put into every service. To me, Haandi is not just a workplace; it is a part of who I am. Every smile from a guest, every moment shared at the table, reminds me why I am proud to be part of this journey.

The only issue we had was the time it takes to get the food after placing an order, but this was very well compensated by the tasty meals. No wonder they take time in preparation Food is so flavorful and extremely tasty. The non veg options are super duper excellent and would not mind going there for breakfast , lunch and dinner!

We went to this restaurant with family who live in Kampala Jayant Jobanputra and family. We ordered pizza and chicken mint burra, which was absolutely amazing and the best I have ever had in my life. The mains was punjabi Dhaba chicken and naan, I would definitely recommend going to this place to eat.

I revisited again with my friends and enjoyed the dal tadka, chilly paneer and schwezan rice. It was different from what is served in other restaurants but was truly good I had to agree.

Great welcome, lovely food and helpful staff. Those goat ribs are to die for. The Chicken tikka Masala left me licking my fingers. Visited on a day when there weren't many people but I hope the service is just as good on a busy day. Definitely recommended. And it is easily accessible too.
